Reservation Policies

Deposit: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or cash deposit equaling the cost of one night may be used to guarantee a reservation.

Cancellation: Reservations must be cancelled 14 days in advance for a refund of deposit. Every effort will be made to rebook the room avoiding this fee. In all cases, $25 administrative fee will be assessed per room.

Multiple and extended stay room reservations require a longer notice of cancellation.

Minimum Stay Requirements: 2-night weekend minimum stay and 3-night holiday minimum stay.

Occupancy: 2 persons maximum per room.

Smoking: Garden Grove has only smoke-free guestrooms. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, including private balconies and common deck area.

Children: 10 years and older welcome.

Pets: Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.

Check-in Time: *3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time

Check-out Time: By *11:00 AM Eastern Time
