Deposit: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or cash deposit equaling the cost of one night may be used to guarantee a reservation.
Cancellation: Reservations must be cancelled 14 days in advance for a refund of deposit. Every effort will be made to rebook the room avoiding this fee. In all cases, $25 administrative fee will be assessed per room per night.
Multiple and extended stay room reservations require a longer notice of cancellation.
Minimum Stay Requirements: 2-night weekend minimum stay and 3-night holiday minimum stay.
Occupancy: Maximum limit per room – 2 persons 10 years and older .
Smoking: Garden Grove has only smoke-free guestrooms. Smoking is no longer permitted on private balconies and common deck area.
Children: 10 years and older welcome.
Pets: Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
Damage: Guests will be held responsible and may be charged for damages due to misuse or abuse of property including stained linens due to spills and make-up and any heavy cleaning expense or lost revenue due to smoking in the room.
