Deposit: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or cash deposit equaling the cost of one night may be used to guarantee a reservation.
Cancellation: Reservations must be cancelled 14 days in advance for a refund of deposit. In all cases, $25 fee will be assessed per room per night. Groups and multiple room bookings require a longer cancellation notice.
Multiple room and extended stay reservations require a 30 day notice of cancellation. Cancellation of any in-room massage requires 48 hours notice.
Minimum Stay Requirements: 2-night weekend minimum stay and 3-night holiday minimum stay.
Occupancy: Maximum limit per room – 2 persons 10 years and older .
Smoking: In compliance with state law Garden Grove is a smoke-free property. Smoking is no longer permitted on private balconies and common deck area.
Parking: We are able to provide only one spot per room
Children: 10 years and older welcome.
Pets: Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
Damage: Guests will be held responsible and may be charged for damages due to misuse or abuse of property including stained linens due to spills and make-up and any heavy cleaning expense or lost revenue due to smoking in the room.
Check-in Time: *3:00 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time. Check-out Time: 11:00 AM Eastern Time

Breakfast: Breakfast for two is included at either 9:00 or 9:30 am with each room-night. In-room breakfast with the Carriage House suites and at a table-for-two in one of our dining rooms for B&B guests. We regret being unable to accommodate special dietary needs except for some minor substitutions or ommissions.
